SELECTED PROJECTS
TWILLEY STREET
We designed our Twilley Street refurbishment to enable us to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle (weather permitting) and the benefits of our park and river view, but also to maximise the potential of the property. We created an open plan living space with a full width opening to maximise views out. We introduced skylights to bring light deep into the space.
We were inspired by the outlook over the park and the victorian architecture to build a sensitive intervention that realised the potential of this unique location.
MASTERPLAN, WEST SUSSEX
Working with a great team, we created a vision for a self-contained extension of an adjacent settlement - that draws inspiration from its surroundings in character, settlement pattern, materials, geometry, informality and landscape. The extension integrates a rich variety of characterful areas from open parkland to a village centre with local amenities. At its heart a linear park weaves paths around the existing wetlands creating a community. The vision is for a place that brings people together into a community for it is the people that truly make the place.

CONCEPT PASSIVE HOUSE
We are developing a concept design for a passive house in the countryside for planning. The dwelling is nestled into the ground with a green landscape roof, ground source heating, solar water heating, photovoltaics and battery storage, thermally efficient, triple glazed, trombe floor and walls and waste water heat recovery.
SOUTH LONDON, THE LANE
Our client acquired a site with only pre planning advice. We developed a financially viable design that responds to the neighbours and planners concerns and submitted a full planning application. And we are in discussion with the planners to ensure a positive outcome.
FITZROVIA MEWS
We designed and delivered this for UCL while employed at a central london practice a while back, but we like how our detailing and design has weathered the test of time.
BIRMINGHAM, REGENERATION
Neglected parts of many cities throughout the UK are seeing a revival as landowners seek to repurpose their land often catalysed by transport infrastructure projects. We worked with the team to help deliver the masterplan providing designs and strategies for urban regeneration and development in line with viability.
